We believe the first four commandments are focused on our relationship with God, calling us to worship Him alone and honor His name and day.
"And God spoke all these words: 'I am the Lord your God, who brought you out of Egypt, out of the land of slavery. You shall have no other gods before me.'" - Exodus 20:1-3 (NIV)
We believe the next six commandments are focused on our relationships with others, guiding us to live in peace, integrity, and respect for one another.
"Honor your father and your mother, so that you may live long in the land the Lord your God is giving you." - Exodus 20:12 (NIV)
We believe that the Ten Commandments are not just ancient laws, but timeless principles that guide us in living a life that pleases God and serves others.
"For this is the love of God, that we keep His commandments. And His commandments are not burdensome." - 1 John 5:3 (NIV)
